HIGHWAYS (ROAD AND FOOTPATH) ISSUES
To report potholes, damaged verges, flooding problems (unless it specifically concerns a private property), dangerous or uneven surfaces on a road or footpath, vegetation obscuring view or blocking highways, etc please contact the Parish Clerk or any Parish Councillor, rather than contacting Highways Department direct.
This way the Parish Council will not only be able to keep track of highway problems within the village, but will also be able to monitor the progress of remedial work and, where necessary, follow-up outstanding issues.
